Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients by identifying leads, reaching out to prospects, delivering presentations and product demos, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals. Your goal will be to significantly expand our client portfolio across various industries and business sizes. Responsibilities:

  • Research potential leads and build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, social media, events etc.
  • Understand client business needs and map solutions to our service offerings
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and sales pitches
  • Manage lead nurturing and drive the sales cycle through following up quotes etc.
  • Negotiate and close deals to acquire new client accounts
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a business development or sales role, ideally in a Software/IT services firm
  • Ability to identify and qualify leads through market research
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Persuasive negotiating skills to close deals
  • Hunter mentality and tenacity to find and capture opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
