  • The Company 
      1. TRCOMS (aka Triumphant Communications) is committed to acting responsibly in all activities and has values that are rooted in caring for all people; our customers, company, teammates and ourselves.  
      2. We have built a culture which is  supportive, caring and driven. Slavery does not fit into this culture. Therefore we oppose all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking.
      3. We are committed to ensuring that slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chain, therefore we require all our suppliers or vendors to comply with the business requirements in section 2. 
  • The Business:
    1. shall not use, or allow its Subcontractors to use, forced, bonded or involuntary prison labour; 
    2. shall not require or permit any employees or Subcontractor employees to lodge deposits or identify papers with the Employer or deny staff freedom to leave their employer after reasonable notice; 
    3. confirms that it has not been convicted of any slavery or human trafficking offences anywhere around the world. 
    4. confirms that to the best of its knowledge it is not currently under investigation, inquiry or enforcement proceedings in relation to any allegation of slavery or human trafficking offenses anywhere around the world.
    5. shall make reasonable enquiries to ensure that its officers, employees and Subcontractors have not been convicted of slavery or human trafficking offences anywhere around the world.
    6. shall not use, or allow its employees or Subcontractors to use, physical abuse or discipline, the threat of physical abuse, sexual or other harassment and verbal abuse or other forms of intimidation of its employees or Subcontractors; 
    7. shall not use, or allow its Subcontractors to use, child or slave labour; 
    8. shall report the discovery or suspicion of any slavery or trafficking by it or its Subcontractors to the Authority and Modern Slavery Helpline or relevant authority

This Statement has been published on behalf of TRCOMS LTD and Its subsidiaries. 

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and has been approved by TRCOMS LTD’s Board of Directors on the 5th October 2025.
