Challenges
At Trcoms, we worked closely with Flex Capital to understand the challenges charities face when it comes to transparency, accountability, and stakeholder trust. We discovered that donors, as well as recipients, often struggled with limited visibility into how funds were used, leading to diminished trust in charitable organizations. KIIND aimed to address the need for transparency in fundraising and donations, ensuring that users could track the progress of the initiatives they supported and stay informed.
Solution
Through the Human-Centered Design approach, we developed KIIND Charity, a platform that offers transparent, real-time insights into donations, fund distribution, and project progress. It builds trust by enabling donors to monitor the use of their contributions, ensuring every donation is effectively allocated to where it is most needed.
This level of transparency not only enhances the impact of charitable donations but also strengthens the bond between donors and organizations, promoting greater accountability. KIIND Charity exemplifies how Human-Centered Design can transform industries by addressing the essential needs of its users—both donors and charitable organizations.
The platform features a mobile app and web dashboard that empower charity groups to build their own communities, manage campaigns, and provide live updates, including videos and streams. Donors can contribute easily while staying informed through real-time updates on the causes they support.
THE SOFTWARE: The Triumphant team worked with Flex Capital Product Owner to design an innovative app and web dashboard that allows organisations to create their own community, share video contents, live stream contents about their charity and campaigns.
Users can make donation to their favourite projects and charity all in one app.
Senario
The app is built to empower charity organizations to own and manage their space. It enables them to share multimedia content and create campaigns, while donors can contribute and receive updates. KIIND provides a platform for seamless interaction between donors and charitable causes

The app includes a clear payment process, allowing users to see fee breakdowns and communicate directly with charity groups.
