TRCOMS Ltd, a UK-based software development and digital consultancy, partnered with a leading public sector consultancy and an education authority to deliver the Education Personnel Management Information System (EPMIS).

The EPMIS platform is a centralised teacher data management and analytics system designed to capture, validate, and analyse information on more than 10,000 teachers and non-academic staff across an entire education system. The initiative is driving reform through real-time data, smart deployment, and evidence-based policy decisions.

Challenges
